YOU DECIDE: Who will you take it into the managerial fight club quarter-finals?

So yesterday, you kindly took part in Round 1 of the hardest managers of them all.

Half of the managers fell by the wayside but some tough customers are still left in our championship.

But which manager will come out on top in the physical stakes against their direct opponent?

Scroll below to decide the battles for yourself:

**If you can't see the individual polls straight away, then refresh the page and make your votes**

Tony Pulis vs Giovanni Trapattoni

Both combatants had a fairly straightforward path into the last 16. There are some similarities in terms of the football they demand from their players but Trap’s experience of battles at playing and managerial level means he’ll probably go in as a slight favourite.

Jürgen Klopp vs Steven Bruce

The Dortmund boss was always likely to be a popular choice but some may have been surprised to see "Iron Geordie" Steve Bruce advance ahead of Carlo ‘Nails’ Ancelotti. Tough one to call but will Klopp’s mobility be enough to see him advance?

Alan Pardew vs Alex Ferguson

Like Bruce before him, Pardew’s progression over an Italian manager will have surprised some but there’s no doubting his feistiness, just ask David Meyler. There’s another David you might want to ask when you’re evaluating Fergie: Beckham.

Kenny Dalglish vs Louis van Gaal

We expect votes to be split here because of the Liverpool vs United rivalry but there was never any doubt that King Kenny would advance over Pep Guardiola. Van Gaal’s win over Advocaat was closer fought but his sturdiness matches up well with Kenny’s style. Close one.

Ronald Koeman vs Diego Simeone

Two early favourites face off in this clash of the titans. Ronald Koeman’s cheerful exterior hides a darkness he displayed as a player. He was the Mascherano of his day whereas Diego Simeone is just plain mean. Simeone was tipped by many to go all the way and if he progresses here, it’ll be one of his hardest fights.

Arsene Wenger vs Mark Hughes

Arsenal vs Stoke. One of the edgiest fixtures in the Premier League so we should expect Arsene to come out all guns blazing here. Hughes will need no motivation to get one over Wenger. There will be blood.

Tim Sherwood vs Roy Keane

An interesting one. Keano is an obvious choice for many match-ups but Sherwood might be able to match him in the crazy stakes.

Jose Mourinho vs Sam Allardyce

The Special One *just* squeaked past Roberto Mancini in the Round of 32 by a single vote. He goes straight into another titanic battle against a man who has ‘out-tacticed’ him before. Big Sam is Big Sam. He’d absolutely love to beat Jose and show the world who’s boss. What can Mourinho do to even the odds?
