UEFA have set an extraordinary precedent by permitted England's under-19 women's team to replay the final seconds of a European Championship qualifier tonight after the continent's governing body for football admitted the referee made a mistake.
Norway won the game 2-1, but only after Leah Williamson's converted 96th-minute penalty was disallowed because an England player entered the box before it was taken.
England U19 replay a UEFA first, but same incident happened in Uzbekistan's World Cup qualifier against Bahrain in 2005. Match replayed.

Wrongly, the German referee didn't allow the penalty to be retaken, so the game will restart with a spot-kick in Belfast this evening.
