The Crappy Quiz | BACK by popular demand | OTB AM

The Crappy Quiz made a dramatic comeback this morning, on OTB AM.

Eoin Sheahan was joined by usual suspects, Nathan Murphy, Adrian Barry and Tommy Rooney logged-on, to battle to be named this week's quiz-champ.

With the majority of the OTB team working from home, things look a little different - but it's the traditional crappy quiz format, from 'boring questions' through to the rapid-fire climax.

If nothing else, this week's episode is worth watching just for the look in Nathan Murphy's eyes as he explaines that he struggled to find an answer when his son asked, 'Why is the crappy quiz so crap?'

It's your Crappy Quiz

As ever - we want your questions (because lets face it, as world of sport grinds to a hault, more of the quiz, and possible new quiz formats, are going to be coming your way).

Given the current circumstances we can't guarantee we'll get your postcards - but you can send on questions, or full rounds to [email protected] - or go directly to quizmaster Eoin at [email protected] (you can also catch him on Twitter).

As ever, you can WhatsApp OTB on 0879180180.

Some highlights

Come hell or high water (or global pandemic) OTB AM is live every morning from 7:30am - and all our radioshows are operating as normal.

Our YouTube channel will be updated with the usual smorgasbord of sporting videos to get stuck into.

Earlier this week, Joe Brolly joined OTB AM to discuss the current crisis in Northern Ireland and how GAA clubs have been filling a leadership void.

John Giles chatted to Nathan Murphy about the Premier League reaction to the coronavirus, and much more.

Ronan O'Gara told us about life under-lockdown in France.

We'll also been taking a few extra trips down memory lane with the Classic Game Club.

This week focused on Celtic's emphatic 6-2 win over Rangers in 2000 (which turned into a Henrik Larsson love-in, naturally enough...).

And there are already plenty more episodes covering rugby, GAA, boxing and football to catch up on.
