A lot of assumptions are made in the media about Manchester City and their fans. Supposedly their history makes them fatalistic and addicted to drama.
Certainly, the City story is punctuated with nerve-wracking moments like the 1999 Division 2 playoff final victory and the 2012 Premier League title win achieved from the boot of Sergio Agueroooooooo in the final moments to pip United.
And like every club, there are interesting nuggets of information.
