Dundalk's Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle added to the Ireland squad

Martin O'Neill has added Dundalk's Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle to the Ireland sqaud that will travel to Austria for their upcoming world cup qualifier.

O'Neill has invited the Dundalk duo into the panel while Bradford City stopper Colin Doyle is named as third choice goalkeeper.

Cyrus Christie, Stephen Ward, James McCarthy and Stephen Quinn have been ruled out of the provisional squad through injury while Shane Long also misses out due to a hamstring problem.

Christie confirmed today that he will be on the sidelines for at least three months after sustaining an ankle injury over the weekend.

The Ireland squad will train at the FAI National Training Centre tomorrow and Wednesday before departing for Vienna on Thursday. 

The 28-man Ireland squad:
