Brazil's Renato Augusto scores with an audacious dummy against Uruguay

European teams may be focusing on what's happening in France this summer, but in South America, the 2018 World Cup is well within sight.

South American qualification is the most gruelling continent to qualify from to reach a World Cup. All ten teams play each other, home and away with the top four teams reaching the tournament. The fifth placed team enters an inter-continental play-off.

Friday night's game in Recife between Brazil and Uruguay was the final game in the fifth round of matches. The game finished 2-2, despite Brazil taking a 2-0 lead in the first half hour.

The highlight of the game though was Renato Augusto's goal for Brazil. The Beijing Guoan midfielder expertly rounded his way around Uruguay's goalkeeper Fernando Muslera after a defence-splitting pass from Neymar.

It was a dummy that was reminiscent of Pele's runaround move against the same opposition in 1970.
