A number of fans of the British and Irish Lions got a first glimpse at the jersey that the squad will be wearing on the 2017 tour to New Zealand.
As part of a publicity campaign for the new jersey, Canterbury selected 30 fans who had pre-ordered the new kit and sent them a state-of-the-art sneak-peek at the jersey.
In a statement about the release, they added that the shirt was a hologram because of the fact that it should be "‘untouchable’ until players have earned the right to wear it."
The jersey will be revealed in full on Tuesday, but you can get a sense of what the finished product will look like by taking a look at the video below:
Warren Gatland will be coaching the Lions on a third successive tour next year, and his second as head coach. He served as an Assistant Coach in South Africa in 2009, before leading the Lions to victory in Australia in 2013 as the side claimed their first series win for 16 years.
Speaking about the appointment, Gatland said that: "Coaching the British & Irish Lions is a great privilege. The 2013 Tour was a real career highlight for me and I am honoured to be offered the role again. The chance to work with the best players from the four Home Nations is a coach’s dream, and we have some outstanding talent to select from.
"I know from having been in New Zealand recently how much excitement there is ahead of next year. For the All Blacks a Lions series is the ultimate test but I am 100 per cent confident that we can go and win in New Zealand."
Gatland stated that he would be naming other coaches on the ticket in December of this year, so there may yet be more surprises to come as the build up to the tour continues.
