Fears of Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt being poached by his native New Zealand after next year’s World Cup have been allayed.
All Blacks coach Steven Hansen has agreed a two-year extension to his deal with the world champions - until the Lions tour of 2017.
Schmidt’s current deal takes him up to the end of the 2016 Six Nations.
