Two All Blacks have been cited following their side's victory over Ireland yesterday evening.
Sam Cane and Malakai Fekitoa have have been summoned to disciplinary hearings for alleged dangerous tackling during the Test.
Cane's summons refers to a tackle on Robbie Henshaw where an apparent shoulder challenge collided with Henshaw's jaw and resulted in the centre being stretchered off the field. Fekitoa has been called up to the hearing as a result of a tackle on Simon Zebo which resulted in him receiving a yellow card.
A statement released by the Autumn International Disciplinary reads:
"Sam Cane, the New Zealand flank forward, for allegedly tackling an opponent dangerously in the 11th minute of the first half of the match between Ireland and New Zealand at the Aviva Stadium (Law 10.4 (e)).
"Malakai Fekitoa, the New Zealand centre, for allegedly tackling an opponent dangerously in the same match (Law 10.4 (e)). Disciplinary hearings for the players will be held in the next two days in front of independent disciplinary committees of three."

There was largely an aggrieved reaction to the game in Ireland. A Beauden Barrett try was awarded without the TMO accounting for all angles of the replay footage despite the fact that the view of any grounding was obscured by Johnny Sexton's attempts to wrestle the ball out of Barrett's hands.
Later on, referee Jaco Peyper refused to indulge Ireland captain Rory Best when the Ulster prop asked him to review the movements leading up to a Malakai Fekitoa try, to see if there was a forward pass. Best pleaded, 'there's too much at stake,' but he was dismissed.
