Ruby Walsh ended his stellar racing career on a high this evening.
The 39-year-old Kildare man rode Kemboy to victory at Punchestown, before announcing his retirement.
Truly outstanding results and accolades have garlanded his career. He won an English Grand National at the very first attempt at the turn of the Millennium.
And at Cheltenham, he left an indelible mark on the sport. He rode 59 winners at the festival and has been leading jockey countless times.
