Conor McGregor is not the only man that MMA coach John Kavanagh has in his stable of fighters.
While the Dubliner may be the most high profile, fellow Irishman Cathal Pendred and Gunnar Nelson of Iceland are also making waves in the UFC.
Nelson explained what motivated him to move to Ireland and seek out Kavanagh, who spoke to Off The Ball himself last night, while Pendred spoke about the positive fallout fight at Dublin's O2 on the McGregor v Brandao undercard and the fact that his opponent tested positive for steroids.
Nelson and Pendred, who are friends and training partners, also spoke about the potential prospect of a fight between the pair and future title shots.
